Jorge Amary, Partner and CEO

Jorge has acted for 10 years in different financial institutions from controlling, moving into treasury, international operations and ending as the Head of Asset Management, during this period had an international experience at Prudential Securities (NY). The Following 10 years he took several positions in different segments, acting as Head of treasury and credit for Latin America in a leading Graphic Company, Later Global Head of Credit for Agfa Gevaert in Belgium, where he also took part in several M&As projects and Divisions Spin-offs. He took the position of CFO, being responsible for Portugal, Spain, Greece and Italy. Later he became vice general manager for Health Care division in Italy. Back in Brazil, he acted as the CEO of an advisory company for Corporate Governance and later he took over as CFO, for the star-up of Plural Capital a major Brazilian investment and Advisory Company. He is a member of the Board of Directors in a leading textile Industry and a leading Construction Equipment Co.

Ricardo Amary, Partner and Managing Director

Ricardo is graduated in Law and Business administration with emphasis in foreign trade. He is a member of Brazilian Bar Association, Chapter S.Paulo; and has been acting as a lawyer for many different companies on commercial, contracts and civil law. He has acted closely with Retail and Food industry.
